Request Appointment
Thank you so much for being here. I know it can feel daunting to take this step, especially when you’re worried about what lies ahead.
Sometimes we’re afraid of what we might find, or feel unsure about whether we’re doing enough.
Please know that this is a safe, compassionate space where there’s no judgement - only support.
Below you’ll find a few appointment options to help you take the next step.
Not sure where to begin?
That’s completely okay. It’s very common to feel uncertain or overwhelmed when careing for an ageing pet, managing a chronic condition, or thinking about end of life care.
You might be wondering if it’s time to start planning ahead, or simply trying to make sense of a recent diagnosis or changes you’ve noticed.
Some families are looking for support with pain or understanding what to expect as the disease progresses. Others just need a space to talk things through, find some clarity and make a plan.
Wherever you’re at, you’re not alone. These appointments are designed to meet you and your pet with kindness, comfort, and care.
End of Life Home Visit
When it’s time to say goodbye, being at home can make all the difference — for your pet, and for you.
At home, your pet can stay curled up in their favourite spot, surrounded by familiar smells, soft blankets, and all their loved ones. There’s no rush, no bright lights or sterile spaces - just peace, presence and time to honour this moment together.
Families choose in-home euthanasia because it allows for:
Comfort and familiarity – your pet stays where they feel safest, free from the stress of travel or unfamiliar places.
Privacy and space – you can be fully present, gather together with your family and friends who love your pet most, able to grieve and say goodbye in your own way.
A gentle goodbye – we’ll take the time to walk with you through each step, with compassion, calm, and care. Nothing is rushed. Every part is held with softness.

A Comfort Care Home Visit a good starting point if you’re not yet ready to book an end of life visit, but want to make sure your pet is as comfortable and supported as possible while starting to plan for what’s next.
Not sure what kind of support you need?
That’s completely okay. It’s really common to feel uncertain at this stage. Overwhelmed by chocies, worried about missing something, or just not knowing where to begin.
If you’re feeling unsure of overwhelmed, a Support Call can be a gentle first step. It’s a dedicated phone appointment where we can talk things through - what you’re noticing, what might lie ahead, and what kind of support might be most helpful - for your pet, and for you.
This is not a full consult or treatment plan, but it’s a space to talk things through, ask questions and start shaping a plan together.
Support calls are a paid service - this allows us to take the time your situation deserves with thoughtful, personalised care.
